"Now, after a couple of months, I can't believe the way I feel. A personal program was set up for my individual needs and goals were set. Slowly, but steadily my legs and knees strengthened and improved. They even set up a 'traveling' program for me when I had to be out of town. The culmination of our efforts paid off when I completed a long hike without enduring pain during, after the hike, or even the next day.
